Event Graphics Installation for BMO Conference at The Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, FL

The Diplomat Hotel in Hollywood, Florida, hosted the 4-day international conference. The Color Reflections team in Hollywood printed and installed various signage around the hotel that reflected the BMO brand identity.
Elevator Wraps
Installing graphics on elevators can be tricky because the stainless steel surface is generally cleaned with an oil-based product that can leach out over time and make the surface slick. We printed the graphics with Colorado UV Gel ink at blazing-fast speeds. We also chose special 3M vinyl specifically designed for stainless steel with air egress adhesive that allows bubbles to bleed out during installation with the help of Geek Wraps squeegees to prevent scratches and optimize surface pressure during installation.
Window Graphics
Our team demonstrated precision and efficiency in installing window graphics. The vertical and horizontal separators on the windows are thicker than traditional windows (most likely to withstand hurricane-force winds). Our team chose to pre-cut the window graphics to ensure straighter lines and reduce installation time. We used a 3M cast matte laminate film to ensure color accuracy and non-glare readability. While these pre-cut window graphics were made for the event, the film is also UV-resistant to prevent fading even in direct sunlight.
Floor Graphics on the Pool Deck
This floor graphic was installed over the pool. Lexan panels were positioned atop scaffolding erected inside the pool and fake grass was installed to frame out BMO’s corporate logo. We printed the corporate logo floor graphic using Canon Colorado with UV Gel ink and onto 3M Air Egress vinyl to ensure a perfect installation. To address safety concerns, the graphics were also laminated with OSHA-approved slip-resistant laminate, given the heavy foot traffic expected over the 4-day conference.
